The recent lack of updates are due to being away on holiday.
The plan was to get the block prepped before going away and while I was away to get the pistons machined by SC for valve clearance, and also get the rods worked ready for a dry build when I returned. This is now maybe 2 weeks behind due to the machine shops workload.
There was no way that I was going to push them to complete the work in the week prior to going away.
Hopefully I can get back on track and spend some time building the engine up leading up to the Xmas break
